She played a key role in building the operational foundations of the business, from establishing our HR function and managing two office moves to overseeing the many day-to-day operations that kept everything running smoothly.

As well as being highly capable, Abi was an absolute pleasure to work with. She earned the trust and respect of colleagues across the business through her professionalism, integrity and willingness to go the extra mile. Her contribution to Kilpatrick was significant, and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to any organisation looking for an outstanding HR and operations professional.

I had the pleasure of working closely with Abi on our London office move. This was a complex project delivered within a challenging government property environment.

What stood out most was Abi’s calm, professional approach. Even when faced with tight timescales, changing requirements and complex stakeholder expectations, she remained composed, solutions-focused and committed to achieving the best outcome. Her ability to build strong relationships, bring people together and maintain momentum was a significant factor in the project’s success.

I would have no hesitation in recommending her and am confident she would bring the same professionalism, commitment and expertise to any future project or role.

During her time with Tenacious Labs, Abi ran a key sponsorship activation at Chatsworth Horse Trials. She was professional and delivered each project with a smile. So many plates spun, so many pots juggled!

She would be a fantastic asset to any organisation and team and I would love the opportunity to work with her again.

Kiran Dyer, Head of Marketing, Tenacious Labs

She gave invaluable advice in terms of HR and recruitment, as well as how to structure my business as we grew rapidly.
